An Evening of Elevated Pairings
On Tuesday, December 9, Pescadero Seafood & Oyster Bar in Wilmette will host an exclusive five-course wine dinner featuring the celebrated wines of Duckhorn Vineyards. The event is part of Vandalay Brands’ ongoing series of immersive culinary experiences highlighting world-class producers and chef-driven menus.
Led by a sommelier, guests will explore the craftsmanship behind each pour, paired perfectly with coastal-inspired dishes prepared by the restaurant’s culinary team.
The Duckhorn Collection
The evening begins with a welcome glass of champagne, followed by five courses thoughtfully paired with Duckhorn’s renowned selections, including Duckhorn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Duckhorn Napa Valley Merlot 2022, Goldeneye Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2022, Sonoma-Cutrer “Les Pierres” Chardonnay 2022, and Duckhorn North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2023.
Each pairing is designed to celebrate the depth and character of Duckhorn’s vineyards while complementing the bright, seasonal flavors of Pescadero’s coastal menu.
